We are Nimbus, and we are

Five B-School students from an IIM, running on a cocktail of coffee, chaos, and optimism, juggling deadlines and existential crises all at once. Armed with diverse backgrounds and a healthy dose of overconfidence,which lasted until we realized we didn’t fit the usual shortlist mold. So naturally, we did exactly what every MBA with too much on their plate does: we fixed it. That’s how EQ⁸ was born—a holistic evaluation platform to ditch outdated, one-size-fits-all methods and give the modern workforce the credit it deserves.

And the name? Well, amidst all the madness, the only thing we missed from campus were the clouds. Hence, Nimbus HQ. Clever, right?
